Yes. The Standard and All Access Passes include discounted group pricing:

Standard – 3 Passes
All Access – 6 Passes

You can also add additional passes at $100 at the All Access level.

We understand plans can change. If you can no longer attend, you have two options:

Transfer your registration
You can transfer your registration to a colleague up to 1 business day before the event.  Transfers can be made on your Manage My Pass page.

Request a registration credit
If you’re unable to transfer your registration, you may request a credit. Credits are valid for one year from your original registration date and can be applied toward a future Mirren conference, workshop, or Live Training Webinar Series. A 15% processing fee applies.

Credit requests must be received by email no later than 5:00 pm ET, two business days before the event.

All conference sessions are streamed through the Live Broadcast page.

Approximately 3 days before the conference, you’ll receive an email with:

• Your Live Broadcast page link
• Your assigned password
• Instructions for accessing the event

We recommend logging in 15–20 minutes before the first session to ensure everything is working properly.

Mastermind sessions require advance registration and are available exclusively to All Access Pass holders.

• Each attendee may register for one Mastermind session.
• Only one person per agency may attend each individual session.

All Access attendees will receive an email with sign-up instructions the week of October 19th.

No. Each login is assigned to one attendee and their device for the duration of the event.

Logins may not be shared among multiple people or agencies, including affiliated agencies within the same holding company or network.

Note: Sharing a login may result in event access being revoked for your agency without credit or refund.

To log into the Live Broadcast
Your Password will be emailed to you several business days before the conference.

To watch recordings
A seperate password will be emailed to All Access Pass holders to watch recordings.

Yes. Most conference sessions will be recorded and available after the event.

Some interactive attendee sessions, including select Mastermind sessions, may not be recorded for privacy reasons.

Recordings will be posted to the Live Broadcast page 60-90 mins after each session. These are available for All Access level passes only.

Conference recordings are available for two weeks following the event.

For access to recordings after this, they are available through MirrenDirect, Mirren’s eLearning platform. You can set up a subscription for full access, which includes a 30-day no-fee trial.

All Access Pass holders will be emailed a their personal password to access the recordings.

Recordings will be added to the Live Broadcast site approximately 60–90 minutes after each session.
